He certainly didn't know Detroit. Google Street View catches man aiming gun.

It would be so fun to drive around in one of those Google street view cars, wouldn’t it? Happily capturing the world around you so it can be carefully digitized and archived for everyone with an Internet connection to see. Except for like, when you drive through a rough urban area and happen to have a large gun pointed at you.
A Redditor published a screencap from a Google Maps street view camera today that shows a gaggle of young men and one woman hanging out on a front porch in Detroit. Innocent enough, except that one of the young men is holding what looks to be a shotgun. As the streetview camera drives off onto the next block, the kid aims the gun at the car.
Whoever said cartography wasn’t a dangerous job has clearly never been to Detroit.

Goes to show what hapens when you drive by the wrong house. This is why i live in the burbs, id rather pay more rent to see less shotgun weilding neighbors...
 
.....I'm in the sticks now , I hear more gun shots out here, but at least I don't have to duck!....lots of hunters here and a shooting range down the road.....better than the drive-by booms in the D forsure.

41? Forty-one? F-O-R-T-Y O-N-E! OMG! I have a step-son and 2 brother-in-laws that are truck drivers that almost exclusively deliver in Detroit. It wasn't until I met my husband and experienced Detroit as a business person that I realized exactly how dangerous it is down there.

Since I've moved to what I consider a low crime city (they consider it high crime, lol) the 6 O'Clock News is boring. In Detroit they hardly have to time to fit it all in. Here they rerun the same story for a few days and the talking heads (news readers) suck.
