Headlamp red light while plants are sleeping?

Hi there I was wondering if Im able to use my headlamp with the red light setting and not affect the plants slumber during night hours. I only ask this because one of my friends said green light is the best if you need to see and work on it.

yup green light is the away to go....plant dont take the green colored sprectrum

dam. i totally thought i could wear my head lamp in the tent shucks that wouldve been too easy probably haha

go out and by a headband type thats wat i use cost no more than 15bucks at lowes or homedepot
