heat mat vs heater- humidity and temp control

27"x27" tent

Humidity is 83 lights off with rainy weather and 70 with good weather.
Air is 65 lights off
Constant air ventilation in a large room so dehu won't work for me.

I'm looking to add a heat mat or heater as my room goes into flower. I would need the heat mat to raise the temp of the room to at least 74 without burning the roots to keep humidity lower as well.

Is this possible? anyone use a heat mat instead of a heater.

Another option I'm looking at is a wall mounted(tent hung) heater. They are 1" thick and between 30-100$ on amazon

I don't like the little space heaters for my small tent. Bad things could happen quick and I don't trust them. If I had the room I would get an oil heater.

Let me know if you think the heat mat could do the trick?

Thanks,
