get a small fan below the light blowing air up so the the heat from the light will go up.
It reduces my temps quite nicely.

Hot air rises anyway , your fan is fine for hot air exhaust , i take it you have fresh air coming in ???

It will rise, but it takes time until it does.
Trust me, a fan blowing the heat from the light up does help.

it wont help me i use massive parobolic(umbrella) hoods , aint no fan air blowing past them, i think if he adds ventalation he will drop 3-5*c plus what you said =)
