Heat problems

I brought one of them kits that came with a tent, carbon filter ect. Its now summer in England and I am having problems controlling the heat in the tent I am adding 4 bottles of ice to the tent every day

2: 500 ml bottles in my wilma system

2 : 3L bottles in the tent its self behind fans

Temp is always 30 - 38 degrees

My 4" ducting leeds into the center of the house with a inline fan which is in the same room with the window open for 15 minutes a day blowing air in from outside

What is the best thing I can do to solve this problem?

Air cooled hood?
Upgrade to a 5 - 6 " with a decent fan? (like a Rhino kit)

This is my next trick I'm on 18 - 6 i plan to have the 6 hours off as 11 - 5pm to get the hottest hours of the day It still gonna need improvements as when the lights come on they heat the water in the Wilma to 30 degrees so in the night the water would have to cool down just to get heated up again

Just to add its not a serious amount of watts I am using its only a 600w MH with 2 side clip on cfls (30watt each) but there off to try and keep control of the heat

Anyone? (bump)

- 440CFM inline with 6" ducting, through air-cooled hood (or cool tube)
- dim the 600w if possible
- vent in from the window constantly
- vent out of the room your tent is in (outside is best)
- mini-split air conditioner
- make sure you're drawing air in through the bottom of the tent, and venting out of the top

I think I will upgrade the ventilation kit next Monday when I get paid and if problems remain ill have to get the cool hood next in 2 weeks time seems like my best option

Also mini-split air conditioner? I don't understand

I just mean an air conditioner... portable, mini-split, whatever can cool down the room your tent is in.

got a small fan for the job no-then 2 major outside of the tent

getting a whole new system i have a crappy buddy filter or what ever brand it is. Just goning to change my ventilation system and if that doesn't work ill have to get a air cooled hood
