heat sink for graphic card?

How many heat watts could this little heatsink dissipate, i was hoping it would be ok for running a vero 10 or vero 13 at low current. I calculated the vero 10 running at .300 ma to dissipate around 9 watts of heat and put out around 8 watts of light. Seems like a smaller heatsink/fan alternative to running smaller cobs?
