Heat stress/light stress?

Does this look like heat stress/light stress? Thermostat set at 80
Thermometer in middle of room says 82
Canopy goes around 84-87
Lights are 36 inches above the canopy
1000w de HPS
Running 1200 ppm co2

Yellow edges leading to a burned tip / necrosis

Thank you I Thoguht it might be light burn because I moved my lights closer to the canopy
