Heat stress on my plant

Hi! My criticall plus feminized is been growing outside and the temps gets up to 30-35C and this is how its looking. Also the buds look underdeveloped and its 12. september it should be ready at the end of september. Will it still produce decent buds?

never go by the grow to flower times on packets, there general times for a energetic high. you need to letthem flower longer if you wantthe heavyhigh shit
 
The under developed buds look toast not sure this is just due to heat stress. Also this plant looks at the stage of the 2nd week of flower although I've never grown out doors only indoors. So I'm no expert in the slightest.
Hope you get sorted bud. Keep well hydrated and try not to feed at night.

Was actually almost 2 weeks late to flower here due to unusual 93% of possible sun here. Gonna be some upset outdoor growers in the midwest this year.
