Ok so temp is 33 lights on an 18 when lights off
heat stress please confirm

That's a big temp variation ....im not sure but humidity could be the issue...

33c is a bit high. i've grown in those temps with soil and it caused problems. 18 is a bit low, i would worry about mold.
try to get 26-27C lights on. about 23-24 lights off. i cant say for certain if its temps or not, but i would guess it is.
i've grown before with both high and low humidity and it didnt make my plants look like that.
by looks im assuming your doing rockwool which im not too familiar with, i've only done it once. are you aerating your water? is your ph on (5.8 - 6.2) and do you have a good meter(strips suck and cheap ones are inaccurate)?
also try and keep your water temps down. 20C is optimal. you can put ice packs in or around your res. chillers are the easiest but costly. colder water holds more oxygen. thats also why you want a strong aeration source.
im not saying water temps are the problem either but if you're interested in a chiller a 1/10 hp chiller is probably more than enough but they cost about $400 plus you need a decent water pump. the water pump will probably use at least an amp and constantly runs. i think my 1/10 hp chiller is like 2.2 amps but not in constant use normally.

Should be 75 - 80 and 70 - 75 at night (23 - 25 and 21 - 23c)
They look pissed. Hope they turn around. Are you able to get an a/c and heater? Tempature control on amazon and let them be.
I went as long as possible without a/c... Airy fluffy buds. Got the A/c and they are rock hard nuggets now.
