Heat stress, right?

It’s pretty warm here in Redding CA, 103-117 this past week. And yes I know black pots suck, it’s all I had at the time.

Can I chalk this up to heat stress? And what do you guys think of the fan leaf? To clip, or not to clip? Thanks in advance.

Looks thirsty.

I use black pots. I spray paint the outside with flat white paint, works great. I've also used flat white posterboard from the 99 cent store and taped it around the outside
