get rid of the tinfoil, nab some extra white paint from somebody you know, or spend the $4 for a small can and $1 for a brush and paint the inside of the box white, white paint is definitely the best option, no "hotspots" from crinkled tin foil, and it's usually pretty cheap. You need more light, if you want any kind of bud production i'd pack atleast 4-6 of those 23w cfl's in there, otherwise you're just wasting your time. Get an equivalent fan on the top hole so that you're pushing as much air into the box as you're taking out and that will help the heat issue. and dont freak out about the heat. my room's at 88 right now, and the average high temperature in my area has been 95 and my plant outside is growing like a teenager! only reason inside is so hot is cause i have a 400watter on a room that's 4 1/2' tall x 2 1/2' deep x 3 1/2' wide. and only 1 inline fan right now, the other should be in tomorrow. Make it worth your while and don't skimp. plants need a good bit of room to grow, so if you're really serious about doing this i'd go for a new grow box. factor in atleast a 1' for the pot itself, room for the lights depending on what kind of light you're using, goodluck and read other grow journals, lots of good info. there and the FAQ
