Setup:
5x HDF fem seeds
2x 400w hps/mh
76x76x76 grow tent
6inch can fan
2 Oscillating fans
BX pro mix
Fox Farm trio nutes

I have heard mixed reviews on the strain but have heard that the indica dom pheno is amazing. I will Flower 4 and keep a strong mother so I can try HDF outdoors next season. I currently have Sour D, Sensi Star, White Widow, Master Kush and a few different autos in bud atm. I will post as often as I can but have a few different outdoor grows going atm so Im spread thin.

well at least their growin, i really want to watch somebody grow HDF, its suposed to be a monster, ill be watchin man good luck

Thats the reason I started this. Didnt see any HDF grow jounals. Ill be moving them to 1gals in the next day or two. Im fighting for space atm but some space should clear up so I can give HDF the attention it deserves.

hiya mate just a bit of advice flip them with plenty of room mine are 2wks into the flip and i had to throw 2 of them out because they kept growing into the light, they all looked pretty uniform until the flip where a few just kept growing out of 10 seeds i put 2 in the greenhouse (sex unkunown) and the rest went to flower unfortunately i only got 2 under lights and 1 in the corner of the room because of the height probs and they're all different heights, i picked my favourite so far for a mum when it comes times to plant up the clones ready for 12/12 they will be flipped at no bigger than 14-16inches my smallest 1 is currently 4 1/2ft tall and was flipped at just under 2ft the largest i threw out was still stretching out at nearly 5 1/2ft so there's alot of height variation with them, i don't know how they're gonna smoke but i kept cuts of my favourite for the next run as i like the way they grow and they certainly look like there built to carry weight put the fans on them and the stalks end up extremely fat and like i said they grow fast very fast so i don't imagine you'll have a lot of time before they start to get big on you i'm also growing serious seeds chronic along side them and they're in coco and air pots and the hdf grew faster and stronger in soil and normal 3gal pots and the hdf i think is a very impressive plant to look at with massive leaves and the fact they look so good and take nearly no looking after makes it a winner as long as the high and yeild are decent i can see this in my grow room for a long time to come, the next crop it will be put up against serious seeds ak47 and white russian so fingers crossed it turns out well but as far as early signs go this strain is looking good, keep us up dated mate it'll be nice to see what type pheno's you end up with if mine turns out really well i may be investing in some more seeds to see what i can find i hear theirs some pheno hunting to be done with this strain mate

thanks for the advice... i was going to try LST and SCROG with it.. planned on flowering them when they got to about 18 inches or so

LST is a simple technique. I am a first time grower and I just recently did this one and so far the plant has exploded with growth. I am currently almost 4 weeks into veg. Can't wait to see what happens at flower time.

Awsome! I kept the two indica dom ones inside. Thats what ill keep pics on. Have ak47 one of my best yeilders!

looking good mate i like the vid, how's your hdf coming along? i might end up with only 1making it through flower luckily the 1with the least amount of stretch (i cloned her) unfortunately i'm down to 2 and the 1 has grown above the light foot print she's been left in because the misses claimed it and is now sentimental about it and wants me to keep it she thinks it's great that the top is in the shade and still flowering the same as the others. the only prob i,ve found with them so far is they truly are beasts as described just hoping the high is as good as they claim if so i'll be keeping it she clones well and they grow fast out of all the clones i took i've only kept 2 because of the size of them and they smell pretty bad in veg, 2x7inch clones have a large double bedroom smelling i did have a shitload of them but once they rooted and started growing the smell got bad lol i only mention this for people who read this in future be warned lol any pics coming mate i keep checking in to look for updates?

So I think Im gonna give them another week under the t5. Gonna transplant into 5gals and put under the MH. So I have used BX pro mix for few crops with awsome results. A friend of mine and I wanted to see which soils are the best stand alone little to no nutes. Heres a pic gras 005.jpg From left to right Happy Frog, Roots Organic, Ready Grow, Fox Farm. The strain is Senci Star. This pic is a few day old but so far the happy frog and the roots organic are doing the best. The readygrow will need nutes its like peralite and coconut thats it. The foxfarm one is doing ok but slow growth mainly due to transplant stress. Ill take a pic in 7days and see what you guys think. Ill be moving the HDF into 5gals not the 10gals like the pic. Which one do you guys use/prefer? Also have Super lemon haze and Bubba kush in this trial run. here is a pic.gras 004.jpg
