If I veg 4 plants under a 1 k vertical bulb for 4 months rotating them daily, around how tall should I expect them to be at 4 months? Strain will probably be indica dominant grown in soil and never topped.

Totally strain/plant dependent. 4 months is a long veg so expect a pretty big plant, then expect that plant to at least double in size during flower.

it all depends on your pot size...bigger the roots bigger the fruits

Once in flower plant will at least double in size (will have 8 ft. plant) suggest put in flower now!!!!
