I am no newbie at growing, but it is my first run doing autos. I am in a 2x4x7 tent, 67 remote with 4" AC exhaust fan. I ran my Ts1000 and two side lights are both Mars Hydro 300 watt. So 414 watts of LED for 24 hours first two weeks, now I'm doing 20/4 the rest the way through. Temps stay 78-81 RH 65-70 lights on and lights off 71-73 and RH is the same with lights off. I am currently day 17 in 5 gallon pots with FFOF. The left is a Strawberry Cheesecake the right is a 00 Cheese. The one to the left is a day behind. My qeustion is why are my leaves so droopy? I am not used to keeping my humidity above 60 with this new Inkbird I have I want to follow VPD chart this grow. So I'm assuming keeping my humidity that high up I hardly will water to avoid over watering or what? 20210919_100525.jpg20210919_100534.jpg

Looking good i switched to autos last year and it works for me. The new autos are impressive to me
 
I don’t think will levels of rh being high will factor too much on watering any less often. I still find lifting the bags to tell if it’s time to water works best for me. At least for me at seemed one gallon of water every 3-4 days was spot on for watering schedules. make sure on those autos I probably would haven’t even started feeding until about now. Looks a little like over on the nitrogen.

I have used about a half gallon right now since they are young about every 3 or 4 days. And I have feed nothing yet. I have used recharge in one watering last week but have no N in it.

I would up it to 1 gallon . Under water and over water look similar. Don’t want to have dry spots in soil
 
I watered the soil super good before I planted my seeds. I got thr soil soaking 2 days before I planted. And kept up on my watering.
 
Not sure exactly what you got going on here but I would be more concerned about the scaring and dots all over your ladies there! Maybe take some closeups of those. Probably related to your drooping leaves concern.

vpd can be a helpful tool. But for a 2x4 tent not sure I would get caught up in it.

No those are from filling my humidifer up its first week I dripped some water on them. As you see all new growth doesn't have it. Just the two first sets of leafs.

Only trying to help. But this is not from spillage or slashing. I can almost see the bugs crawling around. Thrips almost 100% and potentially others.

I just got my micro out and there is nothing on wither sides of leafs. This is my sec9nd grow in my tent and haven't had any problems with pest but fungus knats once and got rid of them in a week with Neem Oil. I keep area pretty wiped up and clean.

Thrips won’t need a microscope to id. They are fast and they are ninjas easily missed if your looking to small or to big. The damage is pretty significant here and not really misdiagnosed often because the damage is so unique with thrips.

I really don’t want to burst your bubble. It’s something I really dislike doing but no reason to chase your tail. Except it snd deal with it.
Over under watering is the wrong chase to be on here.
O and guess what else thrip affected plants do. Droop slightly… sometimes mimicking over watering.
 
I get where you are coming from, but I have been here looking, but I just put some formula nutes on them and I think what your seeing is dust from the powder. I am looking hard and see nothing moving at all.
EDIT: The plants aren't that big, I'm sure if you don't need a micro for them I would see them. I check on my girls everyday to fill my humidifer up.

I circled what I think is a live one. Usually you only see a couple here and there. The hide in plain sight. If you slightly blow on the plants sometimes that spurs them to “hop”very similar to fleas. But this is my last post here maybe somebody else with experience can weigh in for ya.

when you do confirm what it is, hit them with something pyrethrum based.Neem won’t kill thrips neither will organic “essential oil” based sprays. Spray surface of soil as well! Good luck either way
 
How do you get thrips? From the soil I bought from the store? I am indoors, I side a tent in a clean room. I have no house plants or nothing near my tent. It's clean!
