Your first problem was Dutch Passin genetics......they generally blow and have lots of hermies.

And wow, looks like multiple issues. Please provide more details like medium, pH and ppm levels, additives, lighting, etc., etc. With such decay, it's impossible to diagnose without having alot more info......

I have to transplant in bigger pots or I have to change the soil?

You will probably need to do both, but it's going to be hard transplanting with 4 good sized plants in ones pot.
You might need to break your pot, but it's risky cause it may be a huge waste of time if your roots are tangled, which they more then likely are...

If I don't transplant the plant's what will probbably do? Can I fix the problem without doing this?
If the plants need to be transplanted and you avoid it, they will slowly become flimsy, they will slowly stop growing, and they will slowly die, wasting a lot of time....
If you do transplant them, have a big bucket of good water to put them in and untangle the roots.

11 liters doesn't seem too too bad for 4 small plants, to measure the roots, I like to look at my plant and picture it being upside down, the plant being the root ball in this prospective obviously.
If it doesn't seem it would be touching the bottom keep it in the same pot.
If you don't think it need transplanting, from here I would start feeding it HALF of what you normally mix, turn it to 12/12, trim of some shitty leafs if you see a lot of brown on them.
Make sure if you're using tap water to let it sit for 24 hours in order to lower the pH level.

Try reading some of the stickies we have in this section, they are very helpful.

rust spots like that are usually from calcium/magnesium defficiency?.. but the leaf looks burned, which is maybe from nutrient toxicity. are any of the othere leafs showing tip burn?... maybe you need to add mag cal to your feeding schedule, or maybe your need to flush.. show us some more pics of tha plant..... also n/p/k not k/p/n..

imo i would say throw some cal mag into your nutrient regimen. get rid of any leaves that are scorched and pay attention to your new growth.

make sure your ph is correct and add mag cal to your guano's. they dont look burned to me at all i would almost say they look hungry, but i dont know what your npk is in your guano etc.
