Hello legal in MI

I currently grow for two people. I am allowed 24 plants. I just harvested one sativa mystery bag seed. Now just waiting for the other four. The flower room will the get some more work while they are no plants in there. Then i am working on a perpetual grow .
I have 11 strains i will be working with White widow ,white rhino, super skunk (might not keep),kandy kush, grapefruit deisil, twilight , blue venom,big band, romulan, bc early blueberry, and a clone from a mystery bag seed with huge leafs.
I am looking into tissue culture to keep many strains in branch mode ( no root means it is not a plant )
In the veg room 5 * 13 I have a couple floro tubes .
I was wondering if i should put a 400 in the veg room on my light rail
or leave it in the flower room 10*10*6tall that has a 400 watt and a 1000 watt ,then put the 1000 watt on the light rail moving 2 to 3 feet.

I had to cut the mystery sativa early because 1 male flower . About to harvest the next one.

the next mystery bean was pink when harvested!!! YUM

The pink buds are now violet purp in some places . I just seen some amber tricomes on two more. Question why is my tds of the run off 700 in the coco but 200 in the sunshine mix( i started flushing with water)? Also the sativa smelled (some still smell slightly)of barn floor .It is going away and it has a great buzz white ash .When i squeeze them they SMELL GREAT. Why is that? I have not smelled it on the other two i chopped?

We just harvested half of one and fully harvested another.
