Is there any safe seed banks for americans to buy seeds from?

I've had success with marijuana-seeds.nl and Alibongo. I live in Oklahoma. Both use third party payment systems, again no problems. I did have to call the bank to allow foreign transactions. Or you could go buy a netspend Visa from walmart. Just be sure of your total (shipping, currency exchange rate) plus any transaction fees. My first order from Alibongo was 86ish and I ended up with 16 seeds. Even their non- stealth shipping was discreet, little expensive ($20.00!) But they showed up in 11 days with the original breeder's artwork (packaging) m-s.nl took 16 days and was not as nice(no artwork). I haven't tried any domestic breeders, I was hunting specific strains.

It is not illegal for us Americans to "collect" genetic samples for preservation purposes as "adult novelties" anything beyond that is on you. There are some that will not ship to the u.s. but you'll figure that out when you try to order.

If your paranoid buy from inside the usa im uk based and i buy worldwide as well as from the uk ive never waited more than 3 or 4 weeks at worst case from any bank ime should never be longer than that if you buying domestically should be a week to two at most
