help.12/12 screw up

So I need help regaurding my F/Up , I am currently in day 7 of 12/12, this morning I screwd up my timer on my side lighting witch are CFLs, my 400 MH did go off for the dark period( separate timer) ,but the cfl lighting stood ON for the whole 12 hrs, So should I put them in dark period now, or leave them be and let them have a 24hr period of light. So ya Im a jackass newbie but really need some advice here ,On my screw up thanks for reading

just stick to the 12/12, they'll be fine. Might push ya back a few days or a week.
