Help 1st grow, Defencies?! What is it?! Plz help lol

I recently moved to a new area and since finding smoke was hard I started a grow!! I know I am a newb, but I read threads online for days and days and days, and realized I would only fully understand growing with a hands on approach!! I began some rascal berries, Blue widow and white nightmare seeds I ordered and all went well for the first 2-3 weeks! Plants are 3 weeks from seed! They are in roots organic potting soil, and I just started to use foliage pro and protect once I seen the leaves starting to change color, I gave them there first light feeding yesterday, the ph was 6.8 and my run off was 6.3! Also am using ro water! Can anyone tell me if this is a nitro problem, is or something else?! And how long after I feed them should I see improvements?! Plants are under a HO T5, plenty of ventilation, temps stay around 70-80 with humidity ranging from 40-60! Plants are 2-3 inches from lights! Out of 20 only 4-5 have these issues, other then that they all look lush and have great growth!!!

possibly cal mag needed... rusty spots on leaves = calmag... you can solve fast if you dont have cal mag by using epsom salt and molasses

Bottom pic sez nitrogen def.. if she continues to look like 3rd pic. I'd give her some Cal-mag (Epsom salts).

It takes a few days to notice change after first feeding. lower leaves are water leaves they will fall off.

Testing soil runoff for p.h is not needed and does not give an acurate representation of anything. However as the others have mentioned , a little N would be great and cal mag for sure. The roots is good "soil" but if you arent giving them cal mag with your line up you should be. Looks like early N and cal mag in my opinion.

Would it be better to only try the Epsom first, only to try one at a time. Too much cal CAN cause lockout. I'm using cal-mag, but if been studying again!

Are you ph-ing your water. If you are might give it the cal. mag at a lower # say 6.2 .Give one then the other if you want but I'd say they need both. Cut your feeding water amount in half and get the neuts to them faster.

I agree with the low 6s even a high 5, I feel the ph will drift back up.

Don't feed them. Up pot them in more organic soil.

It looks to be a combo of N def and over water. I would sdsay they are ready to come out of those cups. Do you have good holes poked in the bottom of those cups?

When you do use synthetic nutes water until 20% run off to prevent salt buildup.

Didn't even bother noticing.

There is NO REASON to feed any plant stuck in a solo cup.
Transplant into a good potting mix and LET THAT feed the plant for a few weeks.
Rootball will grow without constriction and it will be fine.
Again .... Feeding anything into such a constricted container spells trouble , that soil should have been enough alone ( with misting soil ).

Pot up.

RO water will need Cal Mag to supplement what has been " filtered " out.
You can use TAP ph down to 6.5 without resorting to " special " water.
