HELP A NEWBIE OUUUUT

Hey guys, I'm about to ask a question probably asked a million times or maybe never answered but have patience and try your best to not be dicks :) so I took an Icup test for pre employment, it's through labcorp and you receive results instantly. I don't know if I failed or pass yet however I have my coc form stating what you see below. Does this tell me anything? And are they sending it to a lab or no because I see "courier" but no lab. I took the test Thursday and no one has called. THANKS TO ALL WHO REPLY

if you're counting on margin of error to pass, you've already failed the test.:P
