Help about Light for my plant!!

I want to know if a 3000MCD LED Light will be enough light to grow a weed plant? This is a picture of what the light looks like and specs it has.

I think you would need a pile of them. Like that bottom picture with 7 bulbs.

well one 25 dollar bulb runs a massive 11 watts, though leds are efficient, 11 watts aint gettin you past maybe a four of five inch vegging plant

its red spectrum as well, so that would only be usable during the flowering stage, if your looking for something cheap get some cfls

No, it is not enough to flower.
