HELP! Are these THRIPS?!

I believe these are thrips damaging my plants… I’ve been dealing with them past two weeks ever since I transplanted some clones outside. I’ve treated them , or attempted foilar spraying, a couple different products and they’re still here.
How do I stop these pests?! I probably have to do a soil drench next, but if the foilar applications aren’t stopping them from laying eggs on the leaves idk what’s the point?

Aphids. Rinse them off with water. Look for Ants bringing them to the plant. Follow up with a spray of soapy water or there are a few other types of sprays that can be used. Get all the leaves top and bottom.

So I’ve rinsed them with the hose , tilting them over getting underneath the foliage, as well as also foilar spraying all over the top and bottom with some different products, and I also sprayed any ant holes in the yard with ant killer. I Can try spraying them with soapy water in my pump sprayer, a few drops of dawn dish soap for 2 gallons ?
 
I see aphids for certain, the black ones with wings could be thrips, though aphids do sometimes get wings, the little green guys are aphids, they will turn dark as they get older. Luckily your not in flower, so you have more options available. Up to and including pyrethrum. But I think i'd start with something like neem oil, or an insecticidal soap or essential oil.

A few drops per 2 gallons may not be enough. I'd try 3 or 4 tablespoons per gallon. You can use less and will know if it killed them within a couple of days. To take the guess work out of it premixed insecticidal soap is sold at home depot and other garden stores.

Yes cool I’ll look into some insecticidal soaps. Just went out to check on the ladies and was so happy to see a lady bug on my Chimera #2 cut going to town eating everything in her site and watched her for a good 10 minutes inspecting the whole plant. I think I may run up to the nursery and buy a whole bunch of lady bugs and introduce them to the plants!

Lady bugs are very good at eating aphids.
