Help ASAP

My plants are in the 1st week of 12/12 and I placed a small dehumidifier in my metre by a metre tent as RH was 64% after watering, I realised this morning 4 hours after lights were off that the dehumidifier has a small LED to say it’s on so quickly pulled plug with out opening tent, can this revert my plants back to veg and if so how do I fix it? Any help would be appreciated

If it bothers you that much just cover the light with a piece of black electrical tape.

Only reason it bothered me is cause I read any light can make the plants revert back to veg but like I say it’s only been a week since I flipped to 12/12
