help baby seedling under attack!

ok so i just sprouted a baby seedling of feminized buzz light gear today and just noticed a larvae of some type in her soil what should i do as she is really tiny and afraid to transplant her out of that cup so soon. also wondering if dish detergent in the soil is a bad idea at this point ... she is the only one i have and also i only have 3 other seeds that im not sure are going to make it yet im still germinating them but even if so of different strains

no dish soap.
fish out the larvae and bin it.
transplant gently and it should be ok but you have to take a significant amount of earth with roots. risk that you might bring whatever it is with you.

im not infested i only seen one im sure more to come but imma hold off as long as i can till i transplant when i do i think im going to transplant to hydroton and into my dwc

imma try to wait till i get a couple sets of leaves
