Help brown foliage????????

I left for a few days w/ vegging clones in great shape.. Before i left i watered and i may have watered a few days to early. When i returned there was brown spot on the newest growth. It dont seem to be as bad on the older fans. I put a few pics up to look at there not very good but maybe someone can help????!!!???? Tell me what you think!

what kind of lights? it either looks like water burns or a def of N setting in...not sure it works from inside out though:confused:
