Help creating resume

Hi I'm making a resume for a bud tending position and I was wondering what some key points would be to make me look more serious about the job. Like what are the most important things to do while caring for the plants. I know these things, I'm just really bad on memory and will go back over every single minute detail when I germinate for my own cannabis. I'm asking because I want to get the resume in asap.

Extreme Attention to detail as far as appearance, Moisture and overall cure. Any sales exp is good. Get to remembering strains and thc content, what strain is best for insomnia Mooncat, all answers usually apply to stock because of business reasons.? Gotta be ready for everything.

Yea remember the product details. Amazes me how the budtenders can fire-off all the product details.
