Help design my grow tents?

I have just started into this and with not really any experience and very little research this is what I have come up with. Could you guys help me with my ideas and point me in the right direction.

First off I would prefer to buy a complete ready to go systems and do as little work myself... I say this cause I know its a TON of work already.
Ok I'm just gonna spill the general plan and not worry about the little details until later, I'm also gonna not worry that I don't know what I'm talking about... yet. :)

I would like to do 2 grow tents. One tent for growing, one tent for flowering. (or better yet, maybe, 1 large tent with a divider.)

Grow tent:
pretty much with this set up...

Lighted by 2, 4' T5 fixtures (# of bulbs still undetermined) on a light mover (up/down).
Underneath all this is a small cloning section.

Flowing tent:

Lighted by a 600w HPS on a light mover.

So that's the rough draft a few questions I have are...
1. Will that 6 plant box, be enough room to flower 6 plants in, or is it better to do 6, 5g buckets (or something similar)?
2. Tent size? I was thinking like 4'x4' for the growing, and the flowering, I don't know can I get away with something smaller?

Any advice is appreciated, I just want a small 12-18 plant setup, that's fairly easy. What I have planed out I figured about $2500, complete with necessary test equipment monitors etc. Cheaper the better but I can't go over that budget.

If you have 2500 to drop and not a big deal I would go with www.sunlightshed.com The grow tent is cool but I rather have a sunlight shed or maybe another type of turn style cabinet. If I was you i would buy this. Its a little over budget if you add the accessories. I think we are on the same page, DIY is cool and all but its easier for me to just buy it. I have a grow tent and once i can get another job I will be ordering one of those cabinets.

You said you had a 2500 budget. They come in at 2740 for the delux including shipping. A sunlightshed is under 2 grand. Those cabinets all come with everything you need. If you want to go cheap check out HTGsupply.com that is were my tent came from and its nice for the price. The problem I have with the tent is it sticks out like WTF is that, even more so then i thought. I dont care but would like a little stealth.
