help diagnose plant problem

can you guys tell me what those little yellow spots are?

my plant is a super stunted NL, soil less

i assume its the ph but i'm pretty new at this and i want your advice

My first thought is mites or thrips, then calcium and/or magnesium. Good luck!

Throw some neem in... just a little is all you need in your watering schedule... Cold pressed neem. Bugs that suck on the plant ingest the neem and die.
