Help diagnosing leaf spots

Hi can anyone help me identify the problem with my plant, its in veg in a small tent, Ive got three small fans and a small humidifier i run during lights on 18hrs, organic soil hand watered daily

Could it be some kind mildew?

Either calmag spots or you left water droplets on leaves.

Thanks I'll look into calamag spots, also the tip is twisted on one side and brown you can see in the second picture
