Hello,
I need your help!
I've got a diy rdwc/ bubbleponics setup going. It's about two weeks old. Aurora Indica from seeds. Straight hydroton, nothing else. GH nutes.
I've studied a lot. I've searched a lot. But I need some experienced growers advice.
My seedlings were going great until about a week ago, when I noticed these brown spots on my leaves. The spots started off small, and are slowly growing and spreading. They started on the oldest leaves first, but are now affecting the newer ones as well.
Yesterday I did a complete res change, dosed the nutes, and ph'ed to about 0.6.
One of the biggest newbie mistakes I've read about is over feeding to the point of nutes burn. So for a while (7-10 days) I only gave them like 1/8th strength nutes. Now they're at about half strength (following the GH directions).
I was thinking that as long as my ph is OK (I check it contantly) then it must me a nute deficiency, right? That's why I strengthened the nutes yesterday after the res change.
From my searching, I think it might be a calcium deficiency? Just my guess. But I could use some advice.
I've done a lot of reading and I think I'm set up for a decent little grow here. I'd be pretty disappointed if my plants die after only a few weeks. So anyone who thinks they might know what this is, please let me know.
Thank you!
