Help! Dying plant

what do i do to fix her ph is 7 there is a little to much water and it 4 weeks help me bring her back around

What about air? Is there a fan gently blowing on them? I made that mistake on my first grow. I built a nice room in basement, insulated, heated, lots of ventilation etc. What I learned is that you can be exchanging the room air quite often with CFMs, but if the CO2 and toxins are not being exchanged frequently right at the leaf surface, it's as if there is no ventilation. After I figured that out and put a fan on 'em they perked right up. Just a thought.
