Help first time grower asap

I have 5 plants and 2 are about ready to harvest I believe but I'm not sure how much longer I should wait I've started all my plants off on the 12/12 cycle right off the jump didnt think it would make to much of a difference the top pic is the small plant and the second one has been growing for 12 weeks or so and it's all mixed seeds mostly reggie but some dro seeds here and there so I don't have any idea what I'm growing

None of the plants in the pics are ready. If you are able to upgrade your lights on your next grow you will see a dramatic difference in overall plant/bud structure & quality.

Not ready and you're overfeeding. Even with that damn blurple light I can see the fresh pistils and clawed fan leaves. Dumping too much stuff on your plants can cause nutrient stress and stunt the growth of the flowers which look like is what is happening with those plants right now.

Seriously though. Why would you even bother posting those purple pictures? Turn the damn light of for a minute and take some picture in normal light. The one picture you did post that you can see the bud is covered in lint or pet hair.

Yes I'm being a dick. But how do you expect anyone to see anything in those pictures?
