help first time growing

my first time growing i wanna start out with one plant and just using cfls how many will i need and what wat im planning on growing white widow

With just 1 plant and using CFL's a lot of people use several lower wattage bulbs dotted around to spread the light to all parts of the plant. So maybe 5 bulbs 15 actual watts would do you well.

All depends on your setup though, give a little bit more detail.
