help flowering hardly budding

yo i am a month into my nl5 x haze and three of my four plants are flowering so nice, however one is not flowering as fast as the other! and i mean by alot it has fewer flowers...

im just wondering if anyone knows whats wrong? is it maybe a hermie?

help would be much appreciated

same light? same conditions? could be the phenotype or a later boomer

ya in my current grow I have a trainwreck that seemed to be a week behind I think its flowering may have been stunted a little bit by heat but its doubtful because it has no signs at all of any heat damage, I think it was just a slower plant. I do DWC and have ever changing conditions in the roots so it may have been that which got it going or just time.
Now its looking like its maturing but the buds are not very impressive in comparison to the other strains I'm doing, the calyxes are getting big but I still have a month so we'll see how it turns out

if you look close the cola has very little pistils even!

my other plants have about a 1.5 inch wide cola, im worried why this is so flowery lol

just give it sometime yet hopefully it wont be some leafy...GL..
