help getting my setup started

ok looking for advice here
im going with cfls for now
im thinking hps or 8 4ft long floro tubes

soil grow until after first crop at least

where i would like some advice is
how do i get a real set up started
i dont want to grow from seed over and over
and i find ScroG very very interesting
that combine with the floro tubes in a 2ft x 4ft box 4 1ft x 2ft screens work great i THINK
every 2 plants have a different screen

flower for 8 weeks
harvest 2 plants at a time
replace the 2 harvested with 2 from veg box
then 2 from veg box with 2 from clone box
everyones seen this i just want to know how to get it started before i end up with a female plant and go WTF DO I DO?!
every two weeks harvest 2 plants


its been a while since i read up on scrog and if i remember right it takes the plants a longer time in the veg cycle as to a regular sog grow right?
and if im gonna have mothers im thinking my first plants need to be sog then clone and go to scrog?
this is where im confused
i also want to start smoking my own asap
dont like paying for it (specially when its always shit) kinda what we all get into it for right? at least thats my reason

You're thinking way to far ahead. Focus on getting your first grow going and making it successful. Then build on that.

ya agreed...ur first grow is like a test run...i mean ur gonna fuck up ur plants many times b4 u get it straight....but sounds like what u want to do is keep a female and keep taking clones every couple weeks and then lets them root and then throw them into flowering....jus stick with a schedule of how often u take clones....but ill tell u right now...its hard to keep clones alive when ur trying for the first couple times....i killed prob 10 clones in my first 2 months...lol. but to b honest u really should just try seeds first and finish them off and then come up with a detailed plan or do more research and find a plan. and follow it. cus nothings gonna happen how u think it will first try. not to burst ur bubble. but let ur first grow b ur test run. and continue to post pics and info on here and ppl on here will do all they can to help thats what i did and iv gotten more info from ppl on here than any other source. keep us updated and gl man

i do have a question tho
i have two plants that like you said
didnt go right
were stunted and thier first node died
since it died (i know it died for sure)i cut it off both plants
one has grown about an inch and a half wider and the other one looks healthier not much growth tho
but now both have just stopped completely
i also have 3 seedling that are 8 days old
they are in dixie cups
all three have 2 false leaves and 2 true leaves but all 4 are pointed up and not out
the seedlings have shown no signs of growth in about 4 days and im worried about that also
are all my plants stunted from the sunlight?
because i put them in the sun for 2 days
not sure how that effects them
