Hi

I've been growing for years and have never had this problem before. I walked in my room 2 weeks ago I'm in 2nd week flower and there was a pile of green leaves and branches around the base of some of my plants. I few days letter the plant was snapped at the base.

I don't understand why or what's going on, they all look great and healthy, it's like someone cut off all the leaves and branches .

I looked for bugs but can't see any at all, I think my PH was to low I'm not sure.

The room is totally wiped out now.

I now have my new clones in the are only 8 inches tall, I went in yesterday and they are broken at the base and laying dead on the side, they also look Heath and green.

I'm really need help as I don't know what's going on.

My PH: is good
I hand feed in coco
I use pycho nutrients.

I'm in trouble, any ideas people,
I'm in Sydney Australia

Regards

Dazman

Gotta be a bug somewhere unless you have pets that somehow got to em. I remember a while back i had brought in a plant that i was vegging outside. Few days later my whole garden was gone. Found a giant tobacco worm munching on his last pepper plant. Treat the room completely before putting in any more plants.

Some kind of vermin possibly? I dont think anything biological living in your medium could have done this type of damage. Do you have any animals? My pup has gotten in my room before and has done similar damage to what you are describing.

I have dogs but they can't get in there, if they could it would be more then plant damage.

I think it might be a bug but I can't see anything, not sure what to do as this is my send lot getting wiped out now
I have gigs but they can't get in there, if they could it would the there would be more then plant damage.

I went in today and there was a heap of flies in the room, very unusable been winter in Australia, the other thing it might be is mice, do mice eat plants ??

I set some traps and sprayed the room.... I only got 3 pants left out of 30 so yep I'm stressing out

Surround your plants with a line on each side with glue traps. If this is animal damage you are sure to see mice stuck to them, and if its one of your pups he will look very guilty with a glue trap stuck to his foot... Curious to know whats doing this.

Mice , Rats, Ground Squirrel all will eat your plants , especially during dry time of the year.

Hi guys thanks for all your input, I fixed the problem, I went in again the other day and one plant was stripped down and my baits was eaten.

I then know it was a rat or a mouse and went bought heap traps and I mean a heap cos I was pissed.

I caught the bugger in a cage, it was. rat and trust me he wasn't small.

I ended up given him a bath in a drum of water if you know what I mean, I feel heaps better knowing I found the problem.

Thank for your input
