help, growing blue mystics

ive been growing some feminized blue mystics (not autos) from royalqueenseeds, im doing 12/12 from seed outdoors, should they look like this? they are 3 weeks old but i feel like they're growing a bit slow .

i ve grown before 12/12 from seed, some bagseeds (colombian sativa) and those grew much much faster than this, is it a blue mystic thing?,or am i doing something wrong?
