Help!!! Has any one seen leaves like this before

Pics kinda bad due to hps flooding pic with yellow and orange-cant see chlorosis, yellowing, clearly. Which you may not have.
Im seeing the edge of the leaf crinkle and curl along with your fan leaves droopy and limp.
Crinkle and curl looks more magnesium issue. Not deficiency per se but likely VPD, vapor pressure deficit. Check water pH, soil pH or run offf pH.
Droopy leaves could be need for phosphorus, which could be caused by the VPD and or pH.
VPD kinda shuts down water and solutes in the water from moving thru the plant.
Just somethings to look into....

Is your light far enough away from the plant? Would be good to see a photo in natural light.

VPD has little to do with the lights and everything about temp and airflow in the space. Too hot and moist or too cool and moist with inadequate airflow will literally stop water movement thru your plant. It needs to evaporate thru its leaves to help move water from roots to leaves and outta the plant. Fresh air into your space, circulate it around the space and then out of the space.
