Help - have a few ideas and need some support.

Ok so im growing outside for now untill i get my room running.
right now im trying to find bits and pieces in order to build my first grow room.
i have 45cmLx70cmWx2.4mH so im pretty sure its enough for 2 plants to grow nice.
im still not sure how im going to construct my room yet, i thought maybe buying a 4-1 in adapter so that i can put 4 cfl's and maybe mix it up or something like that.
in the beggining i was going to go with 1 125w cool white but now im not so sure about it.
is a reflector at the base of the lamp a must? im going to be covering my grow area with mylar blankets as its the best material i could order online.
if i do go with the 4-1 adapter setting what are the best lights to use, ex 2 cool 42w 2 warm 23w. i would appreciate any help considering this is my first grow and im still a new to this.
any help/tips would be appreicated.

Majority should be cool (6500k) for veg. Majority should be warm (2700k) for flower.

Also, 4-1 splitters exist but are much more pricey than getting a crap load of 2-1 splitters.

Reflectors not a must, but they could help. I have only reflectors on my walls, not on the lights.
