HELP! How Can I Clean My Dryed Buds!!!!!!

hi i have a problom, some of my buds tastes like fertilizer, not for flavor taste mind you,
some of the buds were splashed with nutes when they were growing,
can i clean the buds any after they have dryed? or if i cant, can i still make any good hash with the bud still?
