Help i am a noob at growin

Ok i started with 10 seed and all where male except one and she is doin fine i do have some questions is 3 26 watt 6500k cfls enough light and how long should i wait befor taking some more clones she is 8 inches at 2 months but is a bush also what would keep the soil from draining right the top half of my 1 gal pot stays wet while the botmo is bone dry

three flos should be fine for one plant but i would wait till she got a bit taller b4 taking clones...

as far as soaking your soil all the way thru, you do have a pan under your pot right? if not that might me all you need to help retain moisture @ the bottom...

i would read. if your having problem with soil holding moisture its cuz its sandier and less topsoil and the sandier the dirt the quicker it drains. also what i would do is add a 42 watt bulb and add two 23 watt 2700k bulbs too it will blow up nicely
