Help I Dont know what else to do!!!!!!!

i dont no what the problem is i though it was heat stress but i shut one light off and the problem is still happening now i just flushed them cause i think it might be over ferts does anyone know what the problem is and how i can fix it please help im going 12/12 should i wait or just do it

Well some pictures of your girls would be nice, I would hold off going to flowering right now as if the plants do not look healthy enough to go into flowering you could hurt them even more. Flowering puts stress on the plants, so on do it if they are healthy.

im useing promix bx soil theres 2 1000 h.p.s digital lights i turned one off for now im gave them micro nutes and about 500 ppm with a p.h of 6.5 about 2weeks ago then i flushed 5 days ago cause i dont know whats happening to them the humidity is about 70% and 80% when lights are off the temp is about 21 with the 1 1000 about 28 with 2 1000 ill get pics of them when the light turns on and post them right away

whats the npk of your nutes? without seeing the plant its self id say it looks like a nitrogen deficiency , but im just throwin it out on the table

npk? im sticking to N def or N toxicity, maybe potassium...

I agree you need to flush for a week or so.

N toxicity could u tell me what that is and why it happens maybe how it happens cause i never want it to happen again

I have seen this before, and unfortunately it was on my setup.
You have a toxicity of nitrogen. You will need to make some water of 6.5 and FLUSH, run to waste or drain it after a while and mix up some more at 6.5. I cant stress the 6.5ph value enough..
Anything under 6.5 and your plant cannot uptake Potassium, Calcium or Magnesium. It is however drawing bulk Nitrogen and storing it in the leaves (causing them to burn).
Remove affected leaf and it should bring itself good again in 24 - 48 hours.
Also DO NOT flower until your plants are 100% healthy. Any undue stress during flower will cause poor bud growth and possibly turn ur ladies hermaphrodite.
