Help I think I overwaterd

whats do i do just let it dry out or plant them into new soil there came up on the 8th got 4th leaves or will they come out of it if i dont water

man not camra its not that bad i think just startin to look water logged i waas just woundering will they day out and get back in the grove or the dine once you over water
