Help identify deficiency/toxicity

6 weeks since solo cups, FFOF/perlite/coco 60/20/20, 1000w lights, 6.5 ph'd well water sat out for ~36hours, 15ml/gal FF grow big, 2ml/gal cal mag used for last feed on the 16th. This began to show on a couple of the lower leaves of 2 of my plants the next day. It doesn't seem to have spread any further. I did a heavy water and with just ph'd water yesterday the 19th thinking the soil may have been too hot or salt build up. Ethos cookies (pictured) and orange sherbert strains showing damage.

Thank you, in advance, for your help.

Yeah, why come ask an experienced grower when I can get a ton of differing opinions from the Google machine?
Yeah let's invite all my experience to shortcut your efforts... so lucky to show you how to harvest a 1/4 pound a week all the while helping you catch a limit of walleye and a dozen 12 inch perch and a quick bushel of morels on the walk out :wall::sleep:

Lol bro, why are you even here then? You expect to get some wisdom from the newbie central thread? Do you think I wasn't googling it the moment I saw it? Try burning one of those plants you so masterfully harvest with no help from fellow grower...

they have been in that soil for 6 weeks is what you mean yeah?

do you feed once a week or every watering?

are you using any kind of microbe additive?

what's your watering schedule like?

how big are your pots?

do you know what's in your well water? as in calcium, mag, micro nutes etc?

what's the PH of your well water before you adjust it?

Yes, 6 weeks in these pots. 7 gal pots. Just the grow big and cal mag so far. Water, feed, water, feed, typically 3-5days between each. Unfortunately don't have a ppm tester yet (en route though). Ph is 7.5 out of tap.

Dunno if this helps. 1st pic is of affected plant 2 days after feed. 2nd pic is just prior to trim and heavy water. They have perked right back up and took well to their biggest defoliation so far.
have you grown without issues with the well water before?

This would be my first true go at a regulated grow. Haven't had issues yet, though I've only fed them three times, once at 1/4 recommended strength then twice at half. Cal mag 2 times, once earlier on based on recommendations from the rollitup community and once the other day mentioned.

Correction, I did have signs of nitrogen toxicity prior to beginning feedings (dark green lower leaves)

Okay so to clarify you’ve never used the well water before to grow?

the reason I ask is bc usually well water is plentiful in cal/mag and other various micros thanks to the earth etc..

most growers jump to suggest adding calmag but imo if you’ve never checked the TDS of your water I’m willing to bet you get a base reading of 350+ And that is more than enough and possibly too much.

Pick up some recharge and or make a nice ewc tea for them and get some microbe life going, they help with the balance and nutrient uptake no matter the Ph swings.

Soil shouldn’t need to be PHed if you have a nice diverse microbe life going on. With salts it’s a little harder but still doable.

why did the riu community originally suggest the calmag for u?

FFOF is hot to begin with. It sounds like you're overfertilizing. I started with FFOF, but the only bottled nute I like from them is Big Bloom.
