Help Identify These bugs? Pics included

My room is getting more and more infested with these little flying creatures, their the size of a gnat but when I look at them they dont exactly look like a fungus gnat. I have done a couple of sprays and it doesnt seem to kill them well enough, I see alot dead but more and more are flying around still. Now they are seen with these other bugs and im not sure if its their babies or something that is attached to the small flying bugs, but one thing is for sure is the small bug I see around the flying ones ARE eating on the plant. So heres the pics hopefully someone can identify these and help with a way to control them. I took these with a handheld microscope and a camera looking through the sight.

I would put up some fly strips until you figure out where they're coming from. When I used soil, there were a shit ton of little bugs that came included with dirt. I don't know if its the same bug or even what you have there, but when I doubt kill them all. See if you can attract them with something and kill through attrition. Go to the hardware store and see what they else they have that isn't invasive to the plants. I used the fly strips and it worked, I hope you can do the same!
GOod luck man.

A glass with equal parts apple cider vinegar and water with some dish soap to break the surface tension will attract and drown the gnats big time! We got fruit flies and it was amazing how well this works.
