Help identifying bug

what Kind of bug is this and how do I get rid of them. saw a few this morning

Looks like a whitefly... I think

Look for more. They multiply quickly.

Not the end of a grow but you will need to get in front of them early.

Whitefly. I have seen enough of them to recognize them. I had hundreds, maybe thousands on just 4 plants. They multiply quickly and are hard to get rid of. I tried the veg oil in water, did not good. I had to go nuclear and use Sevin, but only because it was out of control. They are all dead now, but I wish I didn't have to be harsh. Catch them early and get rid of them completely to be safe.
