Help identifying this leaf problem

I've got this plant 23 days old and the lowest leaves have this kind of white marble effect to them, they also deformed and don't look normal. I have removed them from the plant as the upper growth looks normal and healthy. Any ideas what this is?

Doesn't look like PM, I think its some bugs.

Its the starter leaves. Looks ok to me. Almost looks like leaf miner rows, but i doubt it. That pubic hair on the top leaf i would worry about.
