Help In Choosing CFL Bulbs To Start Budding

hello everyone its my time growing i need help in choosing the correct cfl to bud my plant.

For the vegetative stage you will need bulbs that emit more blue light than red ,these are usually called cool white and are labelled 6400k on the colour temperature spectrum. for the flowering stage you need to increase the amount of light and get 'warm white' bulbs (2700k).

simple 27 watt 2700k cfl's will work. (yellowish sun colored)

Only the most expensive will do.
