Help. Leaves curling

Just checked my plant today and noticed this curling... what’s going on here? How can I correct it?

and on the second plant it’s hard to tell but it’s got like a ashy color to it... problem?

Looks light heat stress either light too close, not enough airflow or too hot in general but I may be wrong

Could be heat stress. Maybe too much light. Your stems have a tan. Try moving light back a bit.

think just backing the light off and observation will do the trick? I was actually about to transplant that one to a bigger pot it stretched from the light being too far away initially

What’s that fine distance where you are not putting to much heat but at the same time enough light because I got some stretch going on

Depends on how powerful and hot your light source is. They can get within 4-6 inches if they're not too hot and strong. I would move it a few inches and watch the reaction.

Need some more info on the grow-environmental conditions, medium and lighting will help with an answer.
