HElp, looks liek water damage, but it cant be?

the leaves are cupping like they are being over water'ed but it cant be because i give it about 100ml -200ml, depending on how dry the dirt is,
about 60w+ grow, pretty low i know =/ few of my bulbs broke
i transplanted to a 1 quart pot =/ so i know it deff as root room
please help

Did you just transplant? Also, make sure you are watering until you see run off. I'm thinking underwatered and slight shock from transplant.

Remedy: Water until run off is coming out of bottom of pot. Don't water/feed again until top 2" of soil is bone dry. Add a drop of SuperThrive to the plant's water. It'll have that plant saluting you the following morning.

i transplanted about 4 days ago, and i just added a bottle full of watter and didnt see run off =/
